Key Account / Global Account Manager

Yun Partners recruits for its client, in the procurement software industry, a Customer Success Manager H/F.


The CSM is responsible for sourcing new potential Customers both venues and suppliers, as well as building strong, mutually profitable relationships with the existing Customers. This is achieved through working in a consultative manner, identifying opportunities for Customers to utilise all aspects of our client's systems and modules, as well determine the potential for them to utilise to any systems or modules the Customers are not currently using.
Working closely with all divisions of our client and offices Internationally including the Master Data, Commercial and Finance teams to ensure that internal and external Customer’s needs and expectations are met, in a timely and acceptable manner.
Core Responsibilities :
 Oversee Customer implementation of the procure-to-pay solutions
 Manage supplier’s product categories within the system
 Onboard and assist suppliers preparing to join the company's network
 Acquisition, training and support of new hotel and suppliers with the company
 Assist in creating training courses and educational materials for Customers and our team members
 Project planning and coordination
 Full accountability for an allocated set of our Customers, building strong, mutually profitable relationships with our Customers. Utilising all the resources within the business to ensure that this happens
 Creating strategic plans per Customer to ensure they are fully up to date with all system functionality and continuing to realise the benefits of the products and services they are using.
 Maintain a detailed understanding of existing and new products and services, to assist Customers with questions and suggest products for their immediate and future needs
 Working in a consultative nature to introduce our Customers to any systems and services offered that they are not already benefitting from, identifying opportunities to up / cross sell
 Working closely with the respective global teams to provide an all-round service to Customers
 Taking on complex Customer challenges and facilitating an effective resolution
 Sharing information appropriately with regards to the strategic direction of the Customer and trends in technology requirements to support shaping the direction, it’s services and solutions
 Review Customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the Customer experience with the company
 Ability to be both Customers focussed and able to resolve technical solution related queries as a pre-requisite to Customer satisfaction
 Facilitating any commercial opportunities and highlighting needs to close the business in conjunction with the global sales team and senior management
 To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties as designated by management


Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Purchasing, Cost Controlling, IT, or similar CSM position
Desired Skills & Attributes
 A confident self-starter with a goal-oriented approach to work
 Technical understanding of Procurement, Purchasing or stock Management systems
 Enjoy working in a fast-growing organisation with short decision-making processes
 Strong administrative and organisational skills
 Attention to detail and commitment to Customer follow-up
 Familiarity with the workings of the Hotel and or F&B industry
 Good knowledge of the MS Office suite, especially Excel
 Experience of working in an Account Management/ Relationship Management/ Customer Success role previously would be advantageous, or experience of managing suppliers from the Customer side
 The ability to articulate and or identify opportunities with potential and established partners, which could lead to commercial/financial applications/gains
 Exceptional organisational and communication skills
 Passionate about Technical Delivery and highest level of customer support
 Flexibility to travel where required for Project deployment in Europe
 Disciplined and detailed in your approach to tasks
 Ability to simplify (where necessary) in order to provide clear communication (written and verbal)
 Have attention to identify process improvements
 Not afraid of failure and a quick learner
 An interest in enterprise technology and the benefits it can bring to a business would also be advantageous
 Past experience in dealing with senior level contacts/ owner operators
 Previous experience in using a procurement solution is highly advantageous
Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
Language: Fluent in French and English (German and additional languages an advantage)
